Edgeworth Heights Public School
formerly known as Salty Creek Primary School
was officially opened by Mr G
Booth, MLA, on the 29th November 1958, with an
enrolment of 161 pupils. It
comprised of a timber building containing six classrooms,
a small library,
office, staffroom and shelter, all erected on a site of 8 acres.
In
2008 we celebrated 50 years of quality education at Edgeworth Heights Public
School.
Our school now consists of an
enrolment of 240 students. It is a vibrant, caring learning
community that is committed to providing every student with a well rounded
education,
where intellectual, creative, physical, social and emotional development is
supported and valued.
